Getting my money, just for nothing.
My money is off and she can spend it but never gave me what I paid for.
And when I read her posts here, all bullshit. Definetely.
Bullshitted a lot of people for their money, just read french forums, all ist full and all a bullshitted and all

same to me...big cheating!
I have the same problem, ordered and paid 3 fins. Paid nearly 800 euros to account of Mrs Oriana Fiorentini.
I received email, that money arrived and that´s it. No more contact. No email, no call and so on.
IT IS A HUGE CHEATING! I know lots of others with the same.
You can read in french forums, same from others.
Like in french forum said, you can "reach" them: Facebook
Look for Oriana Fiorentini + Jean-Jacques Deboichet.
Post and write there, too
Also why is Starboard not helping us?? Deboichet is working for them,they can easy contact him. (french wrote this) They have my money!!! For nothing.
Any more ideas???

Deboichet not delivering fins
I am going through the same bad experience as Expander with Deboichet!
I already bought more than 25 Deboichet fins over the last 5 years with no issues. But now things are completely different. I ordered 2 fins in the beginning of February after getting all the details from Oriana. I made the money transfer at the same time. I was supposed to receive my fins at the end of February but until today I don´t have them… I got some answers from Oriana but she disappeared and is giving no answers for more than 1 month…
I contacted Jean Jacques Deboichet twice via Facebook and he told me that he would solve the issue, but no solution and no more answers until now...
I asked for the refund and also no answers…
How a brand with the previous good reputation of Deboichet and with the strong link with Starboard is behaving like this? Are they bankrupt? Can somebody help?
I will try now to report this to italian police authorities.
Please be aware of this before ordering fins from Deboichet...

Might I suggest that if you do receive your package from these people, that you seek legal advice as to opening the package. If the item is damaged or a fraudulent product, you will be in the best position to make a claim or take further legal action. This may seem extreme but having followed your plight I am quite concerned for you.

Ok, if you are really Oriana, I'm pleased on hearing about you and (although many people here have said the opposite) that selling activities are still working.
But note people adviced you because I was the one to inform them! And, as you know, in last 3 months I've contacted a lot of times writing directly to above e-mail address and calling by phone and SMS with very little success... so using this Forum (and Internet) was, unfortunately, the last attempt to get an answer and this, at the end and with great difficulty, is finally arrived.
Anyway, I do not want to feed an useless controversy and I hope that everything will be clarified; so, tomorrow (for the umpteenth time) I will send my shipping address by SMS... I hope to receive my pre-paid fin (R16 Slalom 50 cm) within a week from now that is, with a good margin for you, in the second week of November... if not, I'll be on this Forum again to tell bare facts (and to take necessary legal actions temporarily postponed)...
