For that size of sail and your weight I would opt for the bigger of the two, 35.

Personally I like the X-Type in size 7.3

Have not sailed the Futura 131 but 32cm seem quite small for such a wide board, even with 30° rake.

I've tried a 32 cm fin for my Futura 122 - for the only reason that the spot was very shallow. That didn't work at all. Of course there are differences in fins, but a also doubt that a 32 cm fin will work.
