I've sailed futura boards and this season I decided to give the carve 111 a go. What a board. It goes any where and can be quick or freemove. It handles to chop really well. Even heavy chop.

I've only used a 6.5m NCX with a 40cm c3 venom fin. I think the sweet spot is between 6m and 7m sails. Your sails should be fine expect for the 8. Do yourself a favour and get a couple of venom fins....
