I have the same problem as Rachael, but with my iSonic 111 from 2007, the pads are letting loose and need replacement. This morning I mailed the Dutch distributer (
www.fox-sports.nl), and they told me it's not possible to order pads.
Did you also mail the Dutch distributor? If not so, is it possible to do so? I would also like to have my iSonic in the best shape possible
