thank you so much for your hints. I've used a wax from a candle as lubrificant but it works like the soap that you mentioned in your answer. I found a lot of people complaining about the same problem on many forums. I will report the link with your answer so they can also understand that their boards are ok and they can also use your precious hints to solve.
