Hi Martin
To increase your performances with your 8.6 & 7.8 at your weight I will go for iSonic 117 if you want the ultimate performances or more easy board the Futura 141 the. For the other sails Futura 101 will be a good option.
Just to remind you that the bigest difference between iSonic and Futura in performances for egual Widft is the planning and acceleration and top end speed but In less proportion.
The Futura are more easy also due to foot straps more inside for those who are not ready for foot straps far out on the iSonic.
Also to get the best results on iSonic better to use cams sails and of course the best is the full slalom sails but you get already hi performances with 3 cams sails to push the board to the limit 
The Futura accept a lot better the no cams sails.
