Changing from Evo 70 to which quad?

Hi,

I have an Evo70 (from 2006) and use it from 5.0 to 3.7. I weight 62kg. The size is perfect for the conditions here.

I want to change to a Quad. Which one would you recommend? the Quad 74 or 70? The 57cm seems wide for 3.7 sailing? And for the 2012 boards, the 74 or 69?

would recommed you to go for the 70 or 69.
