hi Remi,
would like to know what's the difference between using a Deboichet R16 and R13 on the IS133 with an 8.8 sail. Rider 75kg. Which of these 2 fins is better fit for this combo?

The R16 profil is our selection for the iSonic 131 and 133. You will get better lift and planning.

Hi Remi, the fin recommendations in relation to the sail sizes are very helpful. The only question I have whether those recommendations are specific for downwind slalom or for general blasting / figure 8 slalom where also upwind should not be sacrificed.

If the recommendations are for downwind slalom, would be the rule of thumb to use the next size up to the recommended size?

This recommendations are for Figure 8 slalom. So that should work for the majority.

For example Cyril using R16 48cm with 9 & 9,6m² in down wind slalom, thanks
