Hello,
What is the difference between isonic 117 wide carbon 2011 and the 117 wide carbon 2012 ? For me (73 kg) with RSS MK3 8.6 and R16 46, is it a good choice ? |

Hi Unregistered
We make the wet surface in the tail more narrow (deck is wider than bottom in the tail) to have less friction and also increase the size if the cut aways. This need to change the rocker by canceling the Tail Kick to have even more control in the red zone. All together it give a board who fell smaller but it's not and have more aggressive jibe and with better exit and acceleration. The control at top end speed is better so your average speed is even closer to top end speed. Yes for this sail and your weight the board will be perfect, have fun. All the best

Amicalement
