Sevrne Raceboard 8.5 v phantom 8.5 sail

What is the difference between these two sails.
Has anyone tried both?

Hi Tony,

The Severne Race-Board 8.5 is more Race Board Style in the best performances as possible in ligth winds while the Severne Phantom 8.5 is more a Hybrid sail who fit perfectly the Phantom 295 with planning performances as well. By the way the Race Board one use very ligth material so cost is not the same. Phantom 8.5 is more for youth so inexpansive sail.

I used the phantom 8.5 last weekend. It was very light, great cam rotation. Plenty of low end power and very mnageable in the prevailing 15knots. can't yet say what it will be like in stronger wind.
I can't see why wouldn't work with your futura 121. I guess it depends what other sails you are comparing it to and in what conditions.
