Hiho adds Open class racing

Word on the beach in the Caribbean is that the organizers of the annual Highland Spring Hiho race are adding an Open division which is designed for slalom boards, not Formula. Als, they will offer prize moeny for these racers.

If it's truly an "open" class than couldn't somebody use formula gear if they wanted to?

DON'T bring YOUR gear, it's wrong.

Where is the invite I always knew as a youngster, a nerd would say "PLEASE come to my party, I have tried my best to make sure you are going to have fun." If you we cool you could just say "Party, be there".. end result was exactly the same. Good Times
I don't think HIHO is off here, I think WS'ers are. WS'ers want the same same thing as soccer moms, rules and affirmation. HIHO is merely accomodating. As is the entire society we live in, too easy, and that is hurting even the difficult life of a WS'er. My new approach to newbies is working. "I tell them WS is way to hard for them to try or get good at" now I get asked all the time to go.
