Woven Dropstitch

ligher. stronger. stiffer.

INNOVATION JOURNEY

For over five years, we pushed ourselves to create a truly groundbreaking inflatable paddle board technology. We wanted boards that were lighter, stronger, stiffer, and more responsive. We got it wrong - many times.

We made lighter boards, but they warped under the sun, the double-wall fabric separated, and rolling them caused wrinkles. We tried stiffer boards, but they became heavy and expensive. After countless trials and refinements, we finally cracked it.

Our woven dropstitch weave delivers the perfect balance of stretch and stiffness. By replacing traditional knitted threads with a glued-free woven PVC lamination structure inside the board, we created a tighter, more rigid core that resists stretching and flexing. Plus, we reduced yarn density to cut an average of 1.5 kg in weight - less plastic, faster acceleration, easier carrying.

WHAT IS WOVEN DROPSTITCH?

A cutting-edge construction where internal threads are woven (not knitted) in a crisscross pattern. This structure creates a tighter, stronger, and lighter core, giving the board unmatched stiffness and responsiveness with less material stretch.

HARD BOARD FEEL, LIGHT BOARD WEIGHT

The woven thread structure works like an internal skeleton, giving your inflatable board the stiffness and feel of a hard board. At the same time, reduced material stretch and fewer yarns mean a lighter board that’s easier to carry, faster to paddle, and more fun on the water.

RESPONSIVE AND DURABLE

Every paddle stroke counts. The tight, reactive core created by Woven Dropstitch Technology delivers direct energy transfer for better glide and acceleration. Built to last, this construction resists stretching, warping, and breakdown over time. It’s the trusted backbone of our Deluxe boards -made for performance-focused paddlers.
