Be sure to install your Starboard Race board valve before entering the water. You will also need the valve for travelling on aeroplanes.
Pre-Paddle Checklist for Your Board:
- Always ensure the air valve is closed before getting in the water.
- The valve is used for:
- Releasing pressure when traveling on airplanes.
- Drying out the board if it's damaged and taking on water.
Sealing the Valve:
- To prevent water from entering the board, follow these steps:
- Place the valve screw into the valve.
- Tighten the screw using the Tiki tool.
