Michal Polanowski won the Polish Formula Foil Championship on the Millennium

The Polish Formula Foil Championship took place in the scenic northern town of Puck, Poland, from June 13th to 15th. This event served as an exciting warm-up for the upcoming Formula Foil World Championship. Our Starboard rider, Michal Polanowski, showed an incredible performance, proving to be unstoppable as he claimed victories in both the Open and Masters categories. Michal competed using the Starboard Millennium in the new Hollowgram construction, which undoubtedly contributed to his success.

Despite taking a break from racing for a few years, Michal made a remarkable comeback. He effortlessly dominated the race course, demonstrating his skill and determination. We are excited to see him in action soon again.

Michal about his victory:

“It’s great to win the Polish Cup in Formula Foil. This victory means a lot to me, especially since it is my first Formula event after a few years of break. And also is right before the World Championship. The new Millennium board feels like a comfortable spaceship. It is very stable so I can focus more on the race course and making moves and tacks in the right place. In light wind, it is a machine that goes up-wind the best from the whole fleet.”
